Formålet med denne artikel er at gennemgå de love, som tandlæger i deres arbejdsliv støder på fra begyndelsen til slutningen som tandlæge. Derfor vil regler om følgende blive gennemgået: tandlægers autorisation, begrænsninger af tandlægers virke, ret til selvstændigt virke, etablering af tandlægeklinik, de etiske regler, journaler, Tandlægeoverenskomsten, virksomhedsansvarlig tandlæge, brug af medhjælp, markedsføring af sundhedsydelser og afslutningsvist fraskrivelse af autorisation samt bortfald af ret til selvstændigt virke.
Administrative odontology 2: Legal rules of the work of a dentist The purpose of this article is to review the laws that dentists encounter in their work from beginning to end as a professional. Therefore the rules of the following will be reviewed: authorizations of dentists, limits of dentists’ work, the right to practice independently, establishment of a dental clinic, ethical rules, medical records, the Dentist Reimbursement Agreement, responsible dentist of the clinic, use of assistants, marketing of health services and last but not least renunciation of authorization and loss of the right to practice independently.
